By registering on or using KAAMRA (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. KAAMRA is operated by VRUGlobal Software Pvt Ltd, Novel Business Park, Annepalaya, Hosur Road, Bangalore 560036, Karnataka, India. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
KAAMRA is an intermediary platform that connects customers with local service workers. We are not a party to any agreement between a customer and a worker. We do not employ, control, or supervise workers and are not liable for the quality, legality, safety, or outcome of any service performed. Workers are independent third parties, not employees or agents of KAAMRA or VRUGlobal Software Pvt Ltd.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use this Platform. All users must verify their mobile number via OTP. Workers must complete onboarding and obtain admin approval before bidding on tasks. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate suspension.
Once a payment has been released to a worker (either by customer confirmation, mutual agreement, or dispute resolution), the transaction is final. KAAMRA will not refund any amount that has been released.Customers are advised to raise any concerns or disputes before confirming release of payment.
If a dispute arises between a customer and a worker, either party may raise it on the Platform. The payment will remain held until the dispute is resolved. KAAMRA will act as a facilitator in the resolution process, and its decision on release or refund of escrow funds is final with respect to the Platform. KAAMRA does not adjudicate legal claims or liability between the parties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal issue, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to the Platform, these Terms, or any transaction shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India. You agree that no claim may be brought in any court outside Bangalore.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VRUGlobal Software Pvt Ltd, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or from any service performed by a worker. Our maximum liability for any transaction is limited to the platform fee we collect on that transaction.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent behavior, harasses other users, or abuses the escrow or dispute process.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
