We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. Your information is kept secure and is used only to operate the Platform, facilitate task bookings and payments, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Information We Collect

• Account data: name, mobile number (verified via OTP), and role (customer or worker).
• Profile data: worker bio, service categories, localities, location, photos and demo media (for workers).
• Transaction data: tasks posted, bids, bookings, payments, and payout details (UPI / bank account) for workers.
• Usage data: device and approximate location used to suggest nearby services.

4. How We Use Your Information

• To verify your identity via mobile OTP.
• To show and match tasks with nearby workers.
• To hold payments in escrow and release them to workers on agreement.
• To communicate with you about your tasks, bids, payments, and disputes.

5. Mobile Number Visibility

Your mobile number is not visible publicly. A worker's contact number becomes visible to a customer, and a customer's contact number becomes visible to a worker, only after a bid has been accepted between the two parties. Before bid acceptance, workers and customers cannot see each other's contact numbers.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only. Payment and payout details are handled through trusted payment providers and are stored securely.

7. Data Sharing

We share your data only when necessary to operate the Platform: with the other party of a confirmed booking (as described above), with payment processors for escrow and payouts, and when required by law or a valid legal order from a competent court in Bangalore.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations.

9. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We will respond in accordance with applicable Indian law.

10. Jurisdiction

Any dispute relating to this Privacy Policy shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
