KAAMRA is a local services marketplace operated by VRUGlobal Software Pvt Ltd, registered at Novel Business Park, Annepalaya, Hosur Road, Bangalore 560036, Karnataka, India. Our platform connects customers who need local services with verified local workers who can perform them.
We provide a digital space where customers can post tasks, receive bids from workers, and book a professional. To make every transaction safe, KAAMRA holds the customer's payment in an escrow account. The payment is released to the worker only when both parties agree the task has been completed satisfactorily.
KAAMRA acts strictly as an intermediary. We are not a party to the service agreement between a customer and a worker. We do not employ the workers, we do not perform the services, and we are not responsible for the conduct, quality, or outcome of any work performed. We only facilitate discovery, booking, and secure escrow-based payment handling.
When a customer pays through KAAMRA, the funds are held by us. We release the payment to the worker only when both the customer and the worker agree. If either party raises a dispute, the funds remain on hold until the dispute is resolved through our resolution process. Once a payment has been released to a worker, it is final and no refund will be issued by KAAMRA.
All users (customers and workers) must verify their mobile number via OTP before using core features. Worker profiles are reviewed and approved by our admin team before they can bid on tasks.
